If something from the shop isn’t right, send it back within 30 days.
30 days, any reason
You can return any merchandise within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the items back within 14 days of our reply.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by you.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you won’t need to send anything back.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Return the item for a refund and place a new order — that’s the quickest way to get the one you want.
What this covers
This policy covers merchandise only: apparel, bottles, bags and other goods from our shop. It does not cover spirits.
