Every spirit we make revolves around a single leaf — a tea grown high on a mountain we've walked — and is distilled where the leaf was grown. The few botanicals that join the leaf are there only to supplement it. We keep the list short.
Most distillers treat tea as a flourish — a late addition, a finishing note. We do it the other way around. Each of our spirits revolves around the leaf, and the only botanicals that join it are the few that supplement what the tea is already doing. We keep the recipe simple on purpose.
