Our gin begins with the leaf. Alishan Cloud, our flagship, is built around Purple Bud — a rare anthocyanin-rich varietal from the single family garden we source from on Alishan — with jasmine in the supporting role. Juniper is a passenger, not the driver. More bottles will follow, but only when the tea is right.
